Nidhi Goswami

Co – Founder & Director

Nidhi is a counselling psychologist passionate about the intersection of emotional wellbeing and collective climate action. She holds an MSc in Mental Health Studies from King’s College London and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Greenwich. With her background as a trauma-informed, person-centered therapist, she brings sensitivity and depth to the way Climate Undone approaches participation and community building.

For her, the climate crisis has always been more than just science or policy. It carries layers of anxiety, grief and guilt that often leave people feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Too often, climate engagement feels heavy and inaccessible, pushing people into denial instead of action. At Climate Undone, Nidhi helps create spaces where learning about the climate feels clear, grounded and emotionally attuned. This means spaces where people can speak honestly, feel supported and move forward together.

Alongside her work with Climate Undone, Nidhi runs Perch, her private therapy practice in Vadodara, where she offers reflective, culturally responsive care to young adults and adults navigating grief, anxiety, trauma and life transitions. Across both spaces, her vision remains constant: to make room for gentleness in the face of urgency and to help people find meaning, connection and resilience in uncertain times.
